Analyzing this information drives marketing and website design improvements, which can lead to traffic and conversion optimization, which for eCommerce means more transaction revenue. Our study reported the exploratory data analysis, descriptive and predictive analytics performed on a Google Analytics dataset of the online Google Merchandise Store, with a focus on the impact of user engagement to transaction revenue. en
